John Daly is a member of the SCSI (Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland), RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and is a Registered Valuer with RICS. John also has a B(sc) in Valuations Surveying.

Our office offers valuations for all the main banks. Sherry FitzGerald Daly Kenmare is on the valuation panels for Bank of Ireland, Allied Irish Banks, EBS & Haven Mortgages. We liaise with solicitors in regard to appraisals for probate and transfer purposes.

We liaise with solicitors in regard to appraisals for probate and transfer /gift purposes. We offer our services to individuals in regard to valuing their property for sale or other purposes (e.g. Fair Deal Scheme, estate planning). The office also has experience with valuations in ground rents, foreshore licenses and commercial rates. Our office can also undertake commercial valuations.

If required valuations can be prepared in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Professional Standards 2022 (Red Book – including the international Valuation Standards).
